The powers of the deputies were terminated based on their own statements, among which:
- Abstar Kökönbaevich Eshimbaev, deputy of the rural kenesh T. Kulatov of the Nookat district (district No. 4 Ak-Chal), submitted his statement on November 24, 2025;
- Damirbek Borkosh uulu, also a deputy of the rural kenesh T. Kulatov of the Nookat district (district No. 7 Arbysh-Sai), renounced his powers on November 25, 2025;
- Jalilov Azamjan Abdullazhanovich, representing the Uzgen city kenesh and the "El Birimdigy" faction, submitted his statement on November 17, 2025;
- Edil Baybolotovich Tologonov, deputy of the Toru-Ayghyr-Tamchin rural kenesh of the Issyk-Kul district (district No. 2 Toru-Ayghyr), submitted his statement on October 30, 2025;
- Gulkayir Toktoybaiyevna Sagymbaeva, representative of the Sadyr Aken rural kenesh of the Issyk-Kul district (district No. 6 Grigorievka-2), also submitted her statement on October 30, 2025.
In addition, the registered candidate for the Toru-Ayghyr-Tamchin rural kenesh of the Issyk-Kul district, Urmat Elchibekovich Ishembekov, was excluded from the list of candidates based on his statement from October 30, 2025.
The vacant mandates were transferred to the following candidates:
- In the Uzgen city kenesh of the Uzgen district, the mandate was received by Kambarov Saidulle Mamasabirovich from the political party "El Birimdigy".
Candidates who received the highest number of votes in the elections were also appointed:
- In the rural kenesh T. Kulatov (district No. 4 Ak-Chal) of the Nookat district - Tynchtykbek Maksyltalievich Samidinov;
- In the rural kenesh T. Kulatov (district No. 1 Arbysh-Sai) of the Nookat district - Rashut Mamatovich Israilov;
- In the Toru-Ayghyr-Tamchin rural kenesh (district No. 2 Toru-Ayghyr) of the Issyk-Kul district - Bilgi Joldoshbekovich Jumabekov.
