Today, December 24, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, visited the construction site of a cement plant in the Kemin district of the Chui region.
Azamat Osmonov, the presidential representative in the Chui region, informed Japarov that the designed capacity of the new plant will be 3,200 tons of clinker per day.
The plant is expected to be commissioned in 2027 and will occupy an area of 43 hectares.
During the construction phase, more than 300 jobs will be created, and after the launch, over 500 jobs will be available.
Japarov emphasized the importance of timely completion of the construction for the socio-economic development of the region and instructed government agencies to provide necessary support to investors.
