The opening ceremony was attended by the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, representatives of local authorities, and parents.
Dastanbek Mamataliev, head of the capital construction department, emphasized that the restoration of the kindergarten was funded from the state budget.
"The work began in October 2025 and was completed at the end of December of the same year. The total estimate amounted to over 26 million soms. During the project, illegal structures were dismantled, paving was laid, and landscaping of the adjacent territory was carried out," he added.
