Personnel changes continue in the top management of Keremet Bank OJSC.
Bolot Azykov has become the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. He was elected by the members of the Board of Directors.
According to the official website of the bank, he has experience in the field of financial and economic policy, management, and expert activities.
Over the years, Azykov held senior positions at the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and also worked as an expert in the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Previously, he was a member of the bank’s Board of Directors.
It is also reported that Zhenishbek Muratbekov was elected to the Board of Directors of Keremet Bank OJSC. He previously worked in structures combating economic crimes and in the banking sector. He took the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Earlier, the bank reported that Tatyana Kurzhay, who held the position of Chairwoman of the Management Board, stepped down at her own request in December 2025.
