“Many young people take out loans without having a reliable source of income,” she concluded.
In the deputy's opinion, parental consent should be mandatory for borrowers under 25 years old when obtaining a loan.
Additionally, Kultaeva proposed to introduce a ban on issuing loans to individuals under 25 without parental consent, which would be impossible to restore.
During the meeting, a draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on the Exchange of Credit Information" was also considered, which was presented for the first reading.
