The banknote is made of white paper measuring 90x70 mm. The predominant color of the banknote is green. The paper contains colorless fibers that fluoresce under UV light. The paper has watermarks in the form of an "eagle," located across the entire surface of the banknote. The banknote is printed using offset printing.
On the front side of the banknote, the digital denomination - the number 10 - is depicted in the upper left and lower right corners. In the center, there is a soaring golden eagle against a backdrop of sun rays within an ornamental circle. Inside the circle, there is the inscription "Кыргыз Республикасы" (Kyrgyz Republic) and the verbal denomination "Он тыйын" (Ten tyiyn). Along the edges of the ornamental circle, there is microtext "Кыргыз Республикасы." To the left and right of the eagle's image, there is a serial number. In the lower right corner, the series and number of the banknote are printed in black ink. The series consists of one digit and two letters, while the number consists of eight digits.
On the reverse side of the banknote, the digital denomination of the banknote - the number 10 - is depicted in the upper left and lower right corners. In the center, there is an image of national symbols (the sun, tündük) within an ornamental circle. Inside the circle, there is the inscription "Кыргыз Республикасы" (Kyrgyz Republic) and the verbal denomination "Он тыйын" (Ten tyiyn). Along the edges of the ornamental circle, there is microtext "Кыргыз Республикасы." To the left and right of the eagle's image, there is a serial number.
