He noted that this absence negatively affects the prices of the harvest during its ripening.
Muratbekov proposed to organize a logistics center as well as refrigerators for freezing berries.
The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Agriculture Bakyt Torobaev confirmed that this could be implemented.
“The main problem is that farmers do not register with the tax authorities and the National Statistical Committee, which deprives them of the opportunity to obtain preferential loans with low interest rates, as they lack a credit history like that of farming enterprises,” he explained.
Torobaev added that there are funds available for creating logistics centers, as well as conditions for free business plan development for farmers.
He reported that service centers for farmers are being launched in district administrations.
This issue was discussed within the framework of the draft resolution of the Jogorku Kenesh "On the progress of preparations for spring field and economic works in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2026."
