According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the powers of Andrey Maisyuk, who held the position of managing director and was a member of the board, have been terminated. He did not have any stake in the bank's charter capital.
This decision was made by the board of directors of OJSC "O!Bank" on February 6, 2026, based on his resignation letter.
As of today, no new appointments to the bank's board have been made.
