“This is still in the discussion stage and is not a final decision,” he clarified. Additionally, Torobaev mentioned that he had previously talked about plans to develop methods for fumigation and packaging of beans, which should help increase their market value.
The deputy also touched upon the topic of constructing the BDR. To this, Torobaev responded that there are eight projects under consideration in the Talas region.
During the meeting, information was also presented by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding preparations for spring field and economic activities for 2026 in the country.
