Additionally, Omuraliyev noted that irrigation work began in the first decade of May. On May 3, a request was made for water from the Chu River at a volume of 69.05 m³/s, but in fact, 56.06 m³/s was provided.
Starting April 30, water was released from the Orto-Tokoy Reservoir, initially at a rate of 38 m³/s. Later, on May 5, the release volume increased to 50 m³/s, on May 7 to 72 m³/s, on May 12 to 88 m³/s, and by June 3 it reached 100 m³/s.
The management also noted that by May 2025, the volumes of water supply and actual water provision were 147–154% higher than in the same period of 2024.
