According to him, by 2025, it is planned to use irrigation technologies on an area of 6,545 hectares. In 2026, this area is expected to increase to 9,730 hectares, and by 2030, it should reach 21,010 hectares. To reduce costs and increase the accessibility of such technologies, construction of the "Aqua Plast" plant has begun in the Moscow district, and the issue of allocating a land plot is also being considered.
Furthermore, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated April 29, 2024, No. 207, intra-farm irrigation channels will be transferred to the state balance. Currently, 4 BDRs, 4 water intake structures, and 12 distribution channels have already been accepted onto the balance in the region.
Work is also ongoing to reduce water losses. In 2025, concrete lining of channels was completed over an area of 51,779 sq. m, which amounts to 9.07 km. In 2026, it is planned to line 20.09 km of channels. To expand this work, a plant is also being built in the Moscow district.
