After that, Mongolian judokas will head to the Paris Grand Slam tournament scheduled for February 7, where joint training camps will also be held. From 2026 to 2028, Mongolia will host the Ulaanbaatar Grand Slam tournament, allowing local fans to enjoy performances by the world's best judo athletes. This tournament will be held from June 19 to 21, 2026, in Ulaanbaatar. The Ulaanbaatar Grand Slam will kick off a cycle of ranking competitions, where participants can earn points for qualification for the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. This cycle will also conclude with the Ulaanbaatar Grand Slam, which will take place in June 2028.
