Athletes from about 20 countries, including skiers and snowboarders, will participate in this event. The tournament will open on January 15 at the base of the Karakol ski resort, where training runs and safety sessions for participants will be organized. The main competitions are scheduled for January 16 at the new resort.
The competitive events will be divided into several categories, including beginners, professionals, and women.
The organizers emphasize that the goal of the tournament is to promote Kyrgyzstan as an international winter tourism destination, to develop extreme sports, and to create a platform for experience exchange between domestic and foreign athletes.
