The organization explained that the process of supplying heat to apartments is carried out gradually and may take several days. During the first three days, specialists prepare the system: they open the valves, start the pumping stations, and eliminate possible malfunctions.
In the following five days, the system continues to be adjusted, which is necessary to ensure even heat distribution without sharp temperature fluctuations.
Representatives of "Bishkekteploset" also emphasized that the normal temperature in residential premises should not drop below +18 degrees Celsius, while the temperature of the heat carrier is adjusted depending on external conditions. Therefore, the absence of high temperatures in the radiators is a normal phenomenon in this mode of operation.
