At the beginning of the heating season, specialists from the CHP, the municipal enterprise "Bishkekteploseti," and district services are engaged in a number of technical activities, including:
- checking and assembling heat supply schemes;
- opening valves on heating networks;
- starting pumping stations;
- supplying heat carriers to heating points and residential buildings;
- eliminating identified leaks and damages.
In the coming days, adjustments and balancing of the heating system will be carried out to ensure even heat distribution in apartments.
Citizens can also take several steps to improve the situation:
- Bleed air from radiators — if you live on the upper floors, check the Mayevsky valves and open them if necessary to remove air that may hinder the circulation of the heat carrier;
- Ensure windows and doors are insulated — this will help maintain a comfortable temperature indoors.
As for the temperature regime:
- the normative air temperature in residential premises should be at least +18°C;
- the temperature of radiators may vary depending on weather conditions — in warm weather, they may be less hot, which is normal;
- in houses with a one-pipe heating system, the temperature on the radiators may differ — this is related to the design features, not a malfunction.
The city hall's message states: "Connecting heating is a complex and phased process that requires time. We ask residents to understand the temporary peculiarities of heat supply to homes."
