Starting at 5:00 AM, street cleaners have been working on the city's streets, clearing sidewalks and roads of snow cover. The cleaning is carried out manually: they sweep, remove, and clear pedestrian areas.
In addition, snow removal equipment is also involved in the cleanup. The service has 10 MAZ trucks, 3 Shacman trucks, and 1 front loader at its disposal. These vehicles are engaged in spreading inert material and removing snow from the roadway. Throughout the morning, 38.5 tons of salt and a sand-salt mixture were used to prevent the formation of ice and ensure safety on the roads.
Spreading work is being conducted on the main streets of the capital, such as Kozhobergenova, Semetei, Baytik Batyr, Sheraliyev, Masaliyev, Zhayyl Batyr, Chortekov, Alykulov, Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue, Tagai Bi, Tolstoy, Sadygaliev, Jamgyrchinov, Tokombaev, and 7-April. Spreading is also taking place on the overpasses of Baytik Batyr, Ibraimov, 7 April, the bridge on Elebesov Street, and in the residential area of Kok-Djar.
Cleaning of the axis lines and the instrument panel is being carried out on the streets of Karapaev, Nurjamal, 7 April, Southern Highway, Sukhe Bator, Toktogul, Jibek Jolu, Manas, Aitmatov, as well as in Ala-Too Square and on the streets of Ryskulov, Chui, Fuchik, Kyiv, and Moscow.
