According to him, the pilot project of the "voucher" group was launched as part of the initiative "Strong Region — in a Developing Country" ("Өнүгүп жаткан өлкөдө – күчтүү аймак") and is being implemented with the support of the Myrza-Ake village council at the national level.
As part of this initiative, 25 children from families experiencing financial difficulties and unable to attend kindergarten have been given the opportunity to receive education completely free of charge. The costs for these children's meals are covered by the village administration.
The children have been enrolled in a specially created group at the "Khan Bayan" kindergarten, where classes and the educational process have already begun.
For the Osh region, 100 places have been allocated, of which 25 quotas are designated for the rural district of Myrza-Ake.
Additionally, each child is registered using a QR code, and the implementation of the project is under strict control of the Cabinet of Ministers.
