According to the new decree, from 2022 to 2030, state enterprises are exempt from the obligation to transfer 50% of their net profit to the republican budget.
From 2026 to 2030, these funds can be used for production development, as well as for modernization and expansion of the material and technical base.
Changes have also been made to the existing regulations governing state enterprises. In particular, the requirements for management have been clarified, the deadlines for reporting have been changed, and the list of organizations to which the new rules apply has been expanded.
The State Agency for Management of State Property, together with the Ministry of Finance, must make the necessary changes to the profit transfer plans. At the same time, when preparing amendments to the law on the republican budget for 2025–2027, the new distribution of income from state enterprises will be taken into account.
It is important to note that all state enterprises are required to report on their profit expenditures to the authorized bodies every quarter.
This decree will come into effect in 10 days.
