January 1, 2026, will be memorable for the staff of the Center for the Protection of Mother and Child named after Aliym Tashiev, as on this day they received 35 cars, as well as one car for the Islamic Institute "Aalym Chubak Azhy". The keys to the new vehicles were presented by the chairman of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev.
During the ceremony, Tashiev emphasized the importance of the work of medical professionals who ensure the health of mothers and children, and expressed confidence that their activities should always receive respect and support. He also added that according to the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, starting from April 1, 2026, the salaries of medical personnel will be doubled.
“These vehicles are necessary for rapid response in emergency situations and ensuring the safe transportation of patients to medical institutions,” emphasized the head of the special service.
Kamchybek Tashiev also announced that starting January 1, the fight against corruption in the healthcare sector will be intensified in Kyrgyzstan, urging medical professionals not to accept illegal payments and to perform their duties diligently and honestly.
Grateful staff of the center noted that such support from the government significantly increases their responsibility and motivation at work.
Additionally, it is worth noting that on New Year's Eve, 20 newborns were welcomed at the Center for the Protection of Mother and Child: 12 girls and 8 boys. One of the births occurred exactly at midnight when the clock struck 00:00.
