Tashiev emphasized that judges cannot make decisions based on personal acquaintances or bribes. "The judiciary must be independent of politics, and their main task is to deliver fair rulings," he noted. According to him, some judges are involved in political discussions and contact high-ranking officials, which is unacceptable. "We are already prepared to take measures against those who violate these principles," he added.
Additionally, Tashiev reported on the salaries of judges: district judges receive 250,000 soms, regional judges — 300,000, and Supreme Court judges — about 500,000 soms.
He urged judges to work honestly, stating: "Your salaries have been increased, conditions have been created, and now you must fulfill your duties diligently. We will closely monitor your work, and only the law can protect you; no 'roof' will help," concluded Kamchybek Tashiev, addressing the judges.
