He emphasized that judicial decisions must be not only objective but also fair, and that corrupt practices, such as bribery or personal connections, are unacceptable. Judges, in his opinion, should remain outside of politics and make decisions based on the law.
“Unfortunately, some judges are involved in political activities, communicating with certain individuals about issues related to politics and high-ranking officials. We have data on this and will take action soon,” Tashiev added.
Moreover, he noted that judges' salaries vary: district judges receive 250,000 soms, regional judges - 300,000 soms, and Supreme Court judges - about 500,000 soms.
“Working conditions have improved, and salaries have been increased, so honest work is expected from you. We will closely monitor your activities, and only the law can protect you,” he concluded, addressing the judges.
