Starting from January 24, a new livestock market will open in the village of Chym-Korgon, located in the Kemin district of the Chui region. This was announced by Almaz Dubanaev, the head of the village administration of this district.

According to Dubanaev, the first days of the market's operation will be January 24 and 25. "For those coming from Sokuluk and Tokmok, I recommend using the bypass road — the market will be clearly visible from the highway. Guests from the Issyk-Kul and Naryn regions can take the internal road Bishkek—Naryn—Torugart, following the established signs without leaving the bypass," he added.

According to the village administration, the area of the new market is 11 hectares. Of these, 5 hectares are allocated for the market itself, while the remaining 6 hectares are planned for a cafeteria, shops, and points for selling construction materials, as well as other trading facilities.

Turmush previously reported on the closure of the livestock market in Tokmok due to identified violations. As a result, the construction of new livestock markets has begun in the village of Vinogradnoe in the Chui region and in Chym-Korgon in the Kemin district.
