The forum will take place from February to March in several stages.
A Republican forum dedicated to creative unions and the scientific intelligentsia is planned in Kyrgyzstan, initiated by State Secretary Arslan Koychiev.
According to information from the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy, the event is being carried out within the framework of the Presidential Decree concerning the concept "National Spirit - Global Heights."
As noted in the announcement, the main task of the forum is to preserve and develop national spiritual values, support scientific and creative potential, and unite the intellectual resources of society to strengthen Kyrgyzstan's position on the global cultural and scientific stage.
The forum will be held in several stages. The first stage will take place at the district level from February 2 to 13, then from February 16 to 27 at the city and regional levels, and finally from March 2 to 13 at the level of creative unions and scientific organizations. The concluding republican stage is scheduled for March 24-25.
Representatives of creative associations, scientists, researchers, specialists in culture and education, public figures, and young intelligentsia will participate in the forum.
