The main objective of the event is to preserve and develop national spiritual values, support creative and scientific potential, unite the intellectual resources of society, and strengthen Kyrgyzstan's position in the global cultural and scientific arena.
“The forum will consist of several stages: the first will take place at the district level from February 2 to 13, the second at the city and regional levels from February 16 to 27, the third among creative unions and scientific institutions from March 2 to 13, and the final stage will be organized at the national level on March 24 and 25. Representatives of creative unions, scientists, researchers, cultural and educational specialists, public figures, as well as the younger generation of intelligentsia will participate in the event,” the statement clarifies.
