According to the new regulations, payments will begin on January 1, 2026, for mothers (citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and returnees) who give birth to their fourth child and subsequent children. The allowance will be issued when the child reaches one year of age.

Application procedure:
Applications for the allowance can be submitted electronically through the "Tunduk" system or in person at the territorial office of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration at the place of residence.
The decision on the appointment of the allowance is made within five working days. After a positive decision, the funds will be transferred to the applicant's bank account within two working days.
The program will be financed from the republican budget. In the event that the mother passes away before the child reaches one year of age, a state children's deposit will be opened for the child.
