
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, the official opening of the tennis tournament took place, featuring young athletes in the age groups of under 12, 14, and 16 years.
Present at the ceremony was Kazibek Moldazhiyev, the director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. He congratulated the participants on the start of the competitions and emphasized the importance of such events for the development of sports among youth, as well as for instilling discipline, endurance, and a drive for victory.
The competitions are held in the following age categories: U12 (for participants born in 2014 and later), U14 (2012 and younger), and U16 (2010 and younger). Winners and prize-winners will be awarded trophies, certificates, and various prizes.
The tournament is organized by the Tennis Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic and is supported by the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports. The competitions will last until February 1.
