At the meeting held on January 30 in Moscow, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission discussed the implementation of the instruction proposed on December 5, 2025, by Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan. The main focus was on issues related to the movement of goods by Kyrgyz entrepreneurs in the field of electronic commerce, especially through the Wildberries platform. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan.

According to the agency, at the meeting of representatives of the EEC, authorized bodies of the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as businessmen from Kyrgyzstan and representatives of electronic trading platforms, active work was carried out on the issues that arose.

As a result of the work, a model for the movement of goods from Kyrgyz sellers to warehouses of the electronic trading platform in another EAEU member country was agreed upon, without transferring ownership rights until the goods are sold to individuals. This model received support from the Russian authorized bodies and will help eliminate previously encountered difficulties with the movement of goods.

According to the agreed model, the movement of goods will require the preparation of two main shipping documents: CMR and a waybill (TTN). To clarify the procedure for filling out these documents, an informational seminar with the participation of representatives from Wildberries is planned to be held soon at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. The date and location of the seminar will be announced later.

The EEC Council instructed to continue monitoring the situation and to promptly inform about any problems arising in the process of mutual electronic trade.
