The statement is aimed at establishing constructive communication in the legal and professional spheres.
Lawyer Timur Imankulov made an official statement regarding the leadership of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic (HAC).
In his speech, he touched upon the appeals he had previously submitted to state authorities and outlined a new format for interaction.
The discussion concerns the decisions of the National Attestation Commission, as a result of which Imankulov was deprived of his academic degree of Doctor of Law. He also mentioned his subsequent complaints sent to the new chairman of the HAC, Bakyt Borubashev, as well as to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In his address, Imankulov acknowledged that some of the wording and tone of his previous communication with the chairman of the HAC could have been perceived as inappropriate. In this regard, he apologized and expressed regret for the displayed sharpness, confirming his readiness for a respectful and constructive public dialogue.
Furthermore, it is reported that Imankulov officially withdraws all his previous appeals and complaints directed to the Ministry of Science and other state bodies. This particularly concerns issues related to the work of the chairman of the HAC, Professor Bekbosun Ishembekovich.
Thus, the statement emphasizes that the decision made is a step towards concluding the public discussion of the current situation and moving towards constructive interaction within the legal and professional space.
