At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh on February 4, the deputy emphasized that there is a shortage of educational institutions in Bishkek and Osh, and some schools are already overcrowded. As part of addressing this issue, it is planned to build 20 new schools in Bishkek and 10 in Osh in the coming years, as previously reported.

However, Kudaiberdiev expressed doubt that this would help solve the problem, as parents prefer to send their children to schools 26, 61, and 13, even from the suburbs. He suggested considering the possibility of creating branches of these popular educational institutions in the new schools. This could allow parents not to transport their children to the city center and enroll them in schools located closer to home. The deputy also noted that there is a successful school "Olimp" in Osh, the branches of which could be established in the new buildings. "Then the number of students in classes will decrease, which will positively affect the learning process," he added.
