The finalist of the project "Well, everyone together!" shared with Vesti.kg his experience, challenges, and personal growth.
Aybek Bakytbekov, who became known thanks to the seventh season of the Russian musical program "Well, everyone together!", spoke about how participating in the show became not just a competition for him, but an important stage on the path to self-discovery. In an interview with Vesti.kg, he noted that now he steps onto the stage with an understanding of his essence, feeling more calm and sincere.
The beginning of his career occurred at a young age — 17-18 years. He describes this period as rapid, when participation in international competitions and constant performances left no time for reflection. "Everything was happening so fast that I couldn't understand what was going on," he says. At that time, he was searching for his musical identity, but now he feels that he has found himself and is aware of every moment. "I think the audience feels this," he adds.

Aybek also noted the uniqueness of the project "Well, everyone together!", which gives artists the opportunity to open up and rethink themselves. A particularly memorable moment was when all 100 experts stood up during his performance. "These were feelings that cannot be described in words. The realization that you are on the right path and that all your efforts are not in vain — this is priceless," he shared.
We also discussed that period which might have seemed like a pause in his career. But Aybek is confident that this is not the case. "For me, it was important to spiritually enrich myself, to be abroad and absorb the best, so that I could return with new strength," he explains. This experience significantly influenced his music, making it more sincere and rich. "Music is not just a set of sounds," he added.
Aybek emphasized the importance of meaning in music. Achievements are important, but without depth, they do not matter. "If your music has no meaning, then there is no meaning in what you do. I strive for my songs to inspire people," he noted.
From the very beginning, he gravitated towards soulful and lyrical compositions, remaining true to himself, even when it was unprofitable. He has always had ambitions to represent his country on the international stage. After participating in the show, as he says, a sense of inner calm came. "Many people, including those living in Australia and Venice, supported me. Our compatriots seemed to give me their approval," he said. This allowed him to try himself in lighter, dance genres.
The path on the project was not easy. Aybek candidly shared how he experienced strong anxiety and even fell ill during the filming. "It became a test, but it only spurred me on. I always aimed for victory and had no intention of giving up," the artist recalls. At first, he faced difficulties, and then came the fruits of recognition and new opportunities.
Now Aybek believes that time is the main indicator in his profession. Twenty years devoted to music confirm his dedication to the cause. "Success is when you enjoy what you do, experience inner peace, and can be yourself," he concluded.
He also noted the importance of his family's support. Despite the distance, he always felt their warmth and support.
Speaking about his life principles, Aybek highlighted humility, patience, and the ability to follow his own path without envying others. For him, the profession of an artist is a service that permeates his entire life. "If you are engaged in sports, it is for the stage. If you study languages to sing freely in different ones, this is also part of your path," he explained.
In the future, Aybek plans to create new songs and raise important topics such as kindness, sincerity, and human responsibility. Looking back, he admitted that he sometimes returns to past experiences, but now understands that it is more important to live in the present. "I have remained the same at heart, just with new qualities," he summarized.
