During the investigation, it was revealed that in 1999, employees of the Suzak district state administration violated land legislation by issuing an illegal order to transfer a plot of land to the farming enterprise "A". As a result of this act, the enterprise received a state certificate for the right to private ownership with clear violations.
During the prosecutor's inspection, the identified violations were rectified, and the plot, valued at 17 million 831.9 thousand soms, was returned to state ownership.
