Sayubek Nadyrbekov, the First Deputy Minister, reported that department staff traveled to various regions to analyze the current situation, develop the foundations for future reforms, and create analytical maps for museums.
During the monitoring activities, discussions were organized with representatives of the museum sector, and an analysis of the regulatory framework was conducted. The Ministry of Culture has formed a database reflecting the current state of museums in the republic.
In addition, Nadyrbekov noted that an electronic catalog of the State Museum Fund has been created. As part of the "Sanarip Egiz" project, virtual tours were organized at the Mikhail Frunze Museum and the "Manas Ordo" complex. The electronic information system K-CRMS has also been launched, new departments "Sanarip jana arkhiv" have been opened, and a virtual corner of the history of Kyrgyzstan is being formed at the National Museum of Mongolia "Chinggis Khan".
According to Nadyrbekov, there are currently 34 museums operating in Kyrgyzstan under the Ministry of Culture.
