Svetlana Nazarenko spoke about her condition and rehabilitation after a stroke
Svetlana Nazarenko, who became known as Aya from the band "Gorod 312," participated in the program "Hello, Andrey!" on the channel "Russia-1." During the show, she openly talked about her recovery after a stroke that occurred three years ago, which forced her to leave the stage.

According to the singer, she contracted coronavirus four times, which led to the formation of a blood clot and the subsequent stroke.

“When I was transferred from intensive care, there were nurses and caregivers by my side who took care of me when I was completely immobile. No one even knew about this, not even in Kyrgyzstan. Thank you so much, my dear girls,” she shared with Andrey Malakhov.

Svetlana underwent a long rehabilitation process, and she still has difficulties controlling her left hand, which is why she performs while sitting.

She stated that now she can move independently, although sometimes she needs support. Every day, the singer practices special exercises and walks on a treadmill for at least 15 minutes.

It is important to note that despite all the challenges, last autumn she returned to the stage and continues to train for a full recovery.

During this time, her place in the group was taken by Diana Makarova.
