He expressed his dissatisfaction, stating, "The gas blocks are laid without mortar. How can we build in such a way that these buildings remain for our children and our country? What will happen if everything collapses tomorrow? Couldn't this have been done properly, since we are paying for it?" he said.
The Ministry of Construction confirmed that this facility belongs to the State Mortgage Company and is located at the corner of Togolok Moldo and Karasaev streets in Karakol.
The Ministry reported that the regional administration of the Issyk-Kul region conducted an inspection, during which low-quality gas blocks were identified and subsequently completely dismantled. After these works were completed, the facility was brought into compliance with construction norms and technical requirements.
It was also clarified that relevant orders were issued to the contracting organization in accordance with the law. Currently, construction work is continuing according to the approved project and estimate documentation.
