Previously, there was a sign prohibiting left turns, and there was an arrow painted on the road indicating 'Straight Ahead.' However, the sign was removed, leaving only the marking on the asphalt. According to traffic regulations, signs take precedence, and currently, there is none. This means that turning left is permitted," he noted.
The local resident also calls for a change in the road marking to 'Straight Ahead and Left.' "If the service really wanted to prohibit this maneuver, then why was the prohibitory sign removed? Moreover, in winter, the arrow becomes invisible under the snow," he added.
The editorial office of Kaktus.media requested a comment from the traffic police.
