According to the citizen, "at the intersection of Suvanberdieva and Belarus streets, the construction company has closed part of the sidewalk, making it difficult to pass, and also blocks the roadway when unloading construction materials. We tried to contact them directly, but there is no information about the company on-site, and we do not know if they have the right to take such actions."
During the inspection, it was found that the construction of a multi-apartment building at Suvanberdieva Street, 33, was carried out without the necessary adjustments to the project documentation and permits. The department drew up a report against OsOO "SK Everest Group" and obliged the company to rectify the situation by providing the required documents. As a result, the company was fined 200,000 soms, and the case materials were sent to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek for further consideration," the press service reported.
The agency reported that the construction company has still not provided the Bishkek State Architecture and Construction Control Department with an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise.
Despite the lack of permitting documents, the company continued construction work, including the installation of a diaphragm measuring 40 × 25 meters and the installation of columns. These actions violate the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Urban Planning and Architecture."
