According to the information from the ministry, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control conducts regular inspections of all construction sites in the country.
During monitoring, it was established that the construction of a multi-story residential building at 33 Suvanberdieva Street, which also planned for commercial spaces and a two-level underground parking lot, was carried out without the required documents. As a result, a report was drawn up against the LLC "SK Everest Group," requiring the submission of the necessary documents to rectify the identified violations. The company was also fined 200,000 soms,” the official statement reads.
The construction organization did not provide an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state examination to the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Control.
Despite the absence of permitting documents, the company continued to carry out construction and installation work, including the installation of columns and the construction of a diaphragm. These actions are considered a violation of legislation in the field of urban planning and architecture.
The materials of the case have already been sent to the Oktyabrsky District Court.
