The main focus was on preventing factors that could negatively affect the socio-social situation, as well as measures to combat crime in public places.
Ulan Niyazbekov emphasized the importance of preventing offenses and crimes, instructing responsible individuals to ensure a high level of work in this area.
“Each leader must take personal control of the situation in their area and develop effective measures for the prevention and fight against crime,” he added.
Heads of internal affairs agencies were also tasked with continuing the implementation of the "Safe Country" project, paying attention to systematic control of its execution at the local level, activating preventive measures, as well as effectively using video surveillance and responding promptly to identified shortcomings.
While discussing discipline, Niyazbekov highlighted the necessity of strict adherence to service ethics by personnel. Leaders must bear personal responsibility for the level of discipline in their units and take strict measures in case of violations.
Additionally, special attention was given to working with citizens' appeals. It was instructed to ensure comprehensive, objective, and timely consideration of such appeals, excluding a formal approach and improving the quality of service.
