According to Kubanov, the establishment of such a center will be a significant step for the country, as:
- conditions will be created for the return of IT specialists working abroad;
- it will attract the attention of international technology companies;
- the center will serve as a platform for training new personnel.
Kubanov noted that the term "national center" refers not only to a building but also to a full-fledged laboratory with a technological hub that will unite the IT sector, scientific research, and development, as well as serve as a foundation for large-scale projects in the field of artificial intelligence.
In addition, he announced the signing of an agreement to establish the first international IT college in Kyrgyzstan, which will be an important element in training specialists for the digital sector, both for government institutions and private businesses.
"This will become a powerful platform for education, professional development, and enhancing the potential of our citizens. Our goal is to make Kyrgyzstan an active participant in global processes in the field of artificial intelligence," added Nursultan Kubanov.
The implementation of the project will occur based on an investment agreement, with the start of work planned for this year.
