At the meeting dedicated to the results of the work of the courts in the Talas region over the past year, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the country, Mederbek Satyiev, discussed the performance of local judges.

He noted that in 100% of cases, the decisions of individual judges were upheld, for which he expressed his gratitude. However, judges whose results are 31% and 58% were urged to promptly seek methodological assistance from more experienced colleagues to improve the quality of justice.

In this regard, Mederbek Satyiev suggested that the director of the Higher School of Justice consider the possibility of additional training for judges with low performance indicators.

The Chairman also criticized the quality of summarizing judicial practice, pointing out deficiencies in adhering to methodological recommendations. He noted that there are no substantiated proposals for forming a uniform practice and ensuring equal application of legislative norms, as well as insufficient analysis of the reasons for changes and cancellations of decisions by first-instance courts from the perspective of substantive and procedural law.

In conclusion of his speech, Satyiev emphasized that the most important task of the judicial system is to strengthen citizens' trust, uphold the rule of law, and ensure fair justice, calling on everyone to work together and continuously in this direction.
