In the Jalal-Abad microdistrict, on Tynalieva Street, a tragic incident occurred – a pedestrian was killed by a car. This was reported by deputy Zhanibek Abirov during the parliamentary session.
According to him, there used to be a pedestrian crossing at the site of the incident, but it has been removed.
“This area has many high-rise buildings and a bus stop. Every day, hundreds of people cross this road, but the safety conditions leave much to be desired,” he emphasized.
In light of the above, the deputy proposed to initiate the construction of an overpass on Tynalieva Street, where the crossing once was.
Additionally, Zhanibek Abirov suggested assessing the possibility of building a similar crossing at the intersection of Akhunbaev and Kurchatov Streets.
