In 2026, it is planned to provide more than 20,000 apartments to citizens in Kyrgyzstan as part of the "Menin üyum" program, initiated by the president. This was stated by Kylchbek Keldibekov, head of the sales department of the State Mortgage Company, on the air of "Birinchi radio".

According to him, currently, more than 80,000 apartments are under construction in the country, which are intended for the preferential mortgage program.

At the moment, over 90,000 people are in line to receive housing under the state program, and this number continues to grow.

Keldibekov added that the pace of housing construction is increasing every year, and the number of apartments put into operation will continue to rise.

"This year, it is expected that more than 20,000 apartments will be commissioned in Bishkek and seven regions of the republic. State mortgage remains one of the most popular social initiatives," he noted.
