In the recently built secondary school No. 43, located in the Ak-Bata residential area, an open meeting was held with Mayor Aibek Junushaliev and local residents from the recently annexed districts of Bishkek.
According to the mayor's office, residents from areas such as MTF-2, Nur-Kojo, Ak-Bata, Ak-Zhar, Lebedinovka, Alamudun, Lower Ala-Archa, and 305-MAB, which were included in the Sverdlovsk administrative district as part of the administrative-territorial reform, participated in the event.
During the discussion, various social and infrastructure issues were raised, among which the problems with water supply, sewage, road conditions, and lack of public transport were particularly highlighted.
In response to questions about transport and roads, Ulanbek Beyshenbaev, head of the Transport Department, stated that new 8-meter buses would start operating only after all necessary repairs and road restorations were completed.
The mayor also emphasized that road repair work would not be carried out until the issues with water supply and sewage were resolved.
Additionally, he mentioned that a special program aimed at developing the newly annexed districts by 2030 had been developed in accordance with the president's directive. The total funding for this program is about 9 billion soms, and approximately 2.5–3 billion soms have already been attracted for its implementation this year.
Questions regarding land plots in these areas were also discussed at the meeting.
Junushaliev noted that during the road construction process, the mayor's office would dismantle illegally installed economic structures and new foundations, but previously identified illegal residential houses would not be demolished.
He added that in the future, the construction of illegal structures would be unacceptable.
As a result of the meeting, the mayor instructed the heads of the relevant services and departments to take measures for the prompt and quality resolution of all raised issues, establishing specific deadlines for their completion.
