
The first stop was Burdinskaya Street, where the mayor had a conversation with residents. Following the meeting, an order was given to notify homeowners located beyond the red line, as well as the Land Use Control Department, to dismantle temporary structures along the road and check the legality of the construction at Dostuk, 11/1.

In 2026, the reconstruction of Burdinskaya Street, which is 1.2 kilometers long, is planned. The project includes a two-lane road, 2-meter-wide sidewalks, and the renovation of a park.
The next stop of the visit was a kindergarten at Kommunarova Street, 93, where the mayor checked the progress of the repairs. The Capital Construction Department was instructed to expedite the work and prevent unjustified extensions of contracts with contractors.
The mayor emphasized the importance of a unified approach to using quality building materials at all social facilities so that successful solutions could be implemented comprehensively.


As part of an investment project, the mayor visited the reconstructed wastewater treatment facilities, which cost $56 million. Two tanks and an automated control system have been put into operation, with a design capacity of 380,000 cubic meters per day. Aibek Junushaliev instructed to consider the possibility of increasing the capacity to 500,000 cubic meters.



The mayor also familiarized himself with the construction process of a sports and health complex in the Maevka residential area, where he met with local residents. The citizens raised issues regarding the condition of street lighting, public transport operations, and the arrangement of bus stops. Relevant services were instructed to promptly address the mentioned problems.

In conclusion of his visit, Aibek Junushaliev invited residents to familiarize themselves with the action plan for the development of the annexed territories of Bishkek for 2026–2030 and to send their suggestions.
