











The Mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, held an on-site meeting during which he familiarized himself with the progress of several significant city projects. The first stop was the D. Omurzakov Sports Complex, where the mayor inspected the work and instructed that it be completed on time to meet the planned grand opening in November.
At the same time, the mayor emphasized the need to install rubber barriers on the ramps and to expedite the improvement of the surrounding area, including the creation of convenient parking spaces for cars, bicycles, and scooters.
The next stage was the inspection of the construction site of a modern underground pedestrian crossing and multi-level parking on Chuy Avenue, located between Shopokov and Abdrakhmanov Streets. As of today, about 80% of the work has been completed. Aibek Junushaliev highlighted the importance of quality execution and thoughtful architectural design.
The mayor also visited the under-construction School No. 23 on Jibek Jolu Avenue, where he proposed to expand the project by adding a five-story building with an open sports area on the roof.
In conclusion of his visit, the city head noted the key role of coordinated work among all services and the necessity for initiative from responsible executors for the successful implementation of city projects.
