Among the services provided are:
* medical rehabilitation, including physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise (TE), paraffin therapy, massage, and dental services (treatment and prosthetics);
* medical-technical services, such as preparation for prosthetics and adaptation to prostheses;
* psychological support;
* social and labor rehabilitation, including training in sewing on sewing machines, bead weaving, drawing, and computer literacy;
* socio-cultural activities with active participation from patients.
To use the services of the center, the following documents must be provided:
1. Referral from the Family Medicine Center, the General Practice Center, the Medical-Social Expert Commission, the Republican Institution for Prosthetic and Orthopedic Products, or a stationary social institution.
2. Passport.
3. Copy of the disability certificate from the MSEC.
4. Conclusion of fluorography, as well as results of general blood and urine tests.
5. Individual rehabilitation and habilitation program for the disabled (IRP).
Patients at the center are accommodated in wards, receive three meals a day, and have access to recreation areas, a television, board games, a library, and a computer class.
The length of stay at the center varies from 10 to 20 days. If prosthetics are required, the rehabilitation period may range from 15 to 35 working days depending on the complexity of the prosthetic-orthopedic product and the time needed for adaptation.
Individuals with disabilities of the first group who require assistance with primary prosthetics can be hospitalized along with accompanying persons, who are provided with a bed and meals.
Additionally, for patients from remote regions, compensation for one-way travel by land transport (excluding taxis) is provided once a year.
