This year, the slogan of the forum is "With Love from Paris." It will be dedicated to the work of the People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan, actor and artist Dogdurbek Kydyraliev, as well as the memory of the veteran of Kyrgyz cinema, film scholar, and educator Seyit Bokonbaev.
The forum includes two important parts: the main program "Umut" and the industry platform Umut Industry, which will take place at two venues — the Ch. Aitmatov Cinema House and the "Oloolo-Erkindik" coworking space.
The forum organizers received support from the Department of Cinematography of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as from the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS countries.
