The main topic of discussion was the current state and pace of construction of 20 new schools in Bishkek.
During the meeting, important aspects were addressed, such as the provision of construction materials, organization of the workforce, compliance with safety measures, financing, and execution of work according to the established schedule. To prevent possible delays, specific instructions were given to the contractors, as reported in the press release.
According to the ministry, this year, in accordance with the president's directives, the construction of 20 schools in Bishkek has begun, funded by the republican budget, which will be located in the following districts:
- Oktyabrsky District — 6 schools;
- Leninsky District — 6 schools;
- First May District — 5 schools;
- Sverdlovsky District — 3 schools.
Active work is underway at all construction sites, fully financed by the state budget.
The Ministry of Construction maintains constant control over quality, safety, and adherence to construction timelines, aimed at developing the educational infrastructure of the capital and creating modern conditions for children's education.
