According to Usenova, the new draft plans to exclude the average monthly salary for 2012 from the calculation of benefits. Instead, a fixed amount based on a calculated indicator will be introduced.
Currently, one calculated indicator equals 100 soms.

It is important to note that this resolution does not affect the funeral benefits paid by the Social Fund. In the case of the death of a pensioner, the amounts of payments remain unchanged.
Nurgul Usenova added that if the draft is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, the new rules will come into effect on January 1, 2028.
