The fairs aim to curb prices, provide affordable food for social groups in need of support, as well as assist domestic producers and strengthen the internal market.
Every weekend in the capital, food fairs are organized in collaboration with the city hall, offering residents goods at prices lower than market rates. The venue is the Turdakun Usubaliyev Square, located on Abdumomunov Street, between Erkindik Boulevard and Razakov Street.
The following requirements must be met to participate in the fairs:
- products must meet sanitary and hygienic standards and be of high quality;
- the pricing policy must be lower than market prices;
- a confirmation letter from the district agricultural administration is mandatory.
